Alisa Burkhard

Alisa advises companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs on questions of Swiss and international corporate and commercial law, including M&A transactions. She is also an experienced contract drafter, reviewer and negotiator. She finds watching her clients’ businesses grow as they avoid legal risks to be the most rewarding part of her job.  

As an expert in corporate and commercial law, Alisa has extensive experience working as an extended legal team member – supporting clients’ existing legal and business teams on a variety of legal topics – for clients as varied as multinational listed companies, tech start-ups, leading manufacturers and charitable foundations. She embraces the challenge of managing a variety of legal tasks and is skilled at identifying legal risks through in-depth knowledge of her clients’ business. 

Alisa also assists clients with relocation advisory and immigration law. She helps corporate and private clients obtain all types of work and residence permits in Switzerland and supports them with family reunification and immigration dispute resolution. She enjoys the life-changing quality of such work.
