Expertise
Stéphanie Fuchs is a Swiss and Liechtenstein tax specialist and advises corporations, DAOs, family offices, foundations, and private individuals on structuring and compliance across jurisdictions. Her practice combines in-depth knowledge of Swiss and Liechtenstein tax law with international standards, including OECD and UN frameworks.
Her expertise covers a wide range of complex tax matters, including cross-border structuring, double tax treaties, transfer pricing, and substance requirements, as well as blockchain taxation, DAOs, and digital assets.
