In a rapidly changing world, two dynamic lawyers with a shared vision embarked on a journey to offer clients an experience that traditional law firms can’t. Combining learnings from their experience as external counsel at top-tier law firms, as in-house counsel and in starting their own business ventures, Alisa and Alex sought to create an offering that would revolutionize the way legal services are provided. We realized that our clients were missing a solution that combines the advantages of hiring in-house counsel and engaging an external law firm, while eliminating the disadvantages of each.
